ANYONE stocking a Swiss Arms currently?

Not possible, so don't bother wasting your time. The price is the price. Unless you have an inside source at a dealer and can get a huge discount or something, then there is no way you'll find a new one for 3k flat. Last time I saw them selling at that price was about 2 years ago on sale for 2999 at frontier firearms.

Be patient, give it a week or two.

I would agree with this also, steer clear of the 1in7" twist unless you have intent on shooting heavier bullets like 70-80gr bullets, the 1in7 will wear quicker with hotter loaded ammo such as the norinco also. The 1in10's last longer, and most of us just shoot 55-62gr, so it's a better choice for most.

Sorry...I meant I would like to get a NICE used one for max $3,000 OR I will buy new.

Your report on the Swiss was phenomenal. Than you very much

Reliable guns in Vancouver has one on display too and the sales person denied any on going issue so he will be happy to sell it to any one who have cash and pal xD

$3900 is a very stupid price. Even there isn't any reclassify issue
good luck to sell it at that price .... ESP now ...

I was quoted just over $2000 for an upper iirc , not sure if they've ever been ordered though.

I had a new upper receiver ordered for my black special a while back.

It was a warranty job though, so I can't say how much it would cost. They will have to make a new upper just for you if you want one, as they will need to put a matching serial number on it.
