Anyone tried Hornady ELD-X .308 200 grain?

I was reloading Hornady AMAX 168 grain with CFE223, Lapua brass, Federal 210 primer on my Sig Sauer SSG-3000, Nightforce NXS 5.5-22x56 scope with excellent results. Local Whole Sports is closing down, picked up 2 boxes of Hornady ELD-X 200 grains. I couldn’t find any reloading info or data online for it. Wondering if anyone had tried it? What are your test results from range and field testing results on games? What are your reloading recipes for this particular bullet?

I was reloading 168 AMAX with CFE223 45 grain, Federal 210 primer and Lapua brass. They turned out very accurate for my gun. Trying to use CFE223 for 200 grain ELD-X, but can't find any data. Maybe either I have to try different batch, or just try to get some recommended powder.

Anyone tried 200 grain ELD-X for .308? Wondering how was your test results for both moderate and long distance shooting?

Imo it's just too heavy for most 308s. I would try the 178gr first and go from there. 168 smk or similar seem about optimal in the 308 for bc/velocity.
