In a Norinco 1911A1?
Was it worth it? Anything extra needed?
Says in the ad to use only in match competition guns.
Hardly describes a stock Norinco 1911.
As much as I like Norinco 1911 pistols.
That would be putting lipstick on a pig.![]()
Partial answer: I’ve used their reduced weight sear spring in a Norinco 1911 and it was effective at lowering the trigger weight. I used a Norinco to build a bullseye gun which was an excellent learning experience but I wouldn’t do it again. I’d build off a frame that could be brought into the US.
In terms of parts I used fusion firearm and EGW around the late 2000s.
