anyone use the BUL-5???

I am trying to find out if anyone has any experiance good bad or ugly with these pistols...i have a CGNr who wants to trade one to me and i need info

2 members of my gun club just bought them and seem very pleased with them. One is the IPSC model in .45 and the other is the basic model in .40.

So far, they have worked well and reasonably accurate for the shooting (IPSC) we do. If I was in the market for a 1911, I would look at the basic .40 very hard.

yea i was looking at those a while back. I looked on the interweb and everyone had good reviews. Many say its deadly accurate, and a great competition pistol. For 700 canadian from marstar thats not too shabby.

I owned a BUL-5 in .40, a very accurate 1911. The polymer frame fit well in my small hand. The stainless steel barrel is really nice.

thank you for your information...i will take a closer look at it then make up my mind...is marstar the only dist. of these??
