Anyone here tried using Varget in their 30-06 with 150 grain bullets (or really, I suppose, any bullet weight). If so, how did(does?) it work for you? In my 308 Win, it is stunningly good stuff: I get +- 3 or 4 FPS velocity deviation and one hole groups. However, I am somewhat concerned that in the 30-06, Varget may be a bit fast burning (and I know too-fast a powder in my 308 is bad news for accuracy), so I thought I'd ask here first before I tried it.
So -- anyone tried Varget in their 30-06? What were the results?
Thanks,
