I'm thinking of getting a GLock 20 and buying a Lone Wolf aftermarket barrel for it.

Anyone has a one of those barrels in their Glock 10mm or .40? Does it really offers a better chamber support than the stock barrel?

pics would be great

Since startting this thread (and getting no results) I did some reaserch and found a pic I was looking for I remmeber it had decent chamber support...

Ya,
I have a Glock 22 and hot loaded some
home mades. Blew the mag out of the pistol.
Bought a LW threaded barrel and a comp.
Works good so far.
The rounds seem to fit tighter in the barrel.
No more small gap, full support.
LW is less $$, but I ordered my LW barrel and
comp from Dlask out of Delte BC.

Cheers

I've never used Lone Wolf barrels but have used KKM, Barsto & Storm Lake barrels in my Glock 20, 29 & 23 and a Colt Delta Elite so right now I have 5 after market barrels...

In answer to the chamber question "Yes" most definately the chambers are fully supported as well as the rifling is more standard than the polygonal rifling of the Glock barrels which Glock tells use not to use lead bullets in.

The benefits are that you can shoot hotter loads and lead bullets with the after market barrels and in many cases the end result is far better accuracy.

I would look into getting the G29 over the G20 smaller handier handgun but also one that you can use G20 full size mag's in with a Pierce spacer giving you a full size G20 grip when you want it and I got mine with 4.25" barrels stock G20" come with 4.6" barrels so the velocity is only marjonally less.

Lonewolf no, but I have a couple Storm Lake. Perfect fit, nice and tight. Amazing accuracy for a glock. Good support, never any issues. IIRC I got them from Questar... good people to deal with.
