Anyone using Lawry targets?

Lawry's is a family run business that has a history of paying attention to customers.
They are not some faceless, inaccessible conglomerate.
 
My experience in dealing with Lawry's has been different from saskbooknut's. Their targets have always worked though.
 
My club has no issues with lawry targets either. It may be a machine issue or a loading issue. Some people just drop the clays into the carousel, which causes them to chip and disintegrate when thrown.

I am fortunate enough to live a short drive from them . Always a fair price , good inventory great service and products and they remember you and can even spell your name. Are they perfect No but who is they are as good as it gets.

I like Lawry’s in my Sporting traps because they are durable and can tolerate lots of spring and tilt yet break just fine when hit. A good Canadian product.

I have dealt with Lawry’s when buying traps,chokes,etc, and they have always been great.
 
The Windsor Sportsmen's Club has used Lawry' targets forever. We throw them from Beomat trap and skeet machines without any issues. Loyalty pays off with excellent service from the vendor above and beyond what you might expect.
 
I have shot lots of lawry targets as skeet targets . I don't see a difference in score if the targets happen to be white flyer .
 
We're in to our second pallet of the lawrys and the paint is becoming more consistent.
I think the top of our first pallet must have been Monday morning's production or something, because the color variation was ridiculous.
No complaints about the rest of that pallet, or the first half of the next one.
Also, I was at a tournament a couple weeks ago that used lawrys from the same truck load as ours, and they were fine as well.
Sounds like our lame targets were the exception to the rule.
