I bought a pound of Rl 19 to try in 30.06 & possibly my 7mmwsm any help would be nice 165gr + bullets
Thanks

RL19 likely too fast in the 7WSM, Try RL22 with the 168's. I used H1000 for 180's in the 7WSM. RL25 worked but left a lot of residue that was hard to clean.

RL 19 is very close to 4350 in burn rate, so if data exists around 4350 for the cartridges you list dig a bit deeper, and see if any includes RL 19.
Try www.shortmags.org for the WSM data, great board, and a awesome resource base.
Be advised Alliant had some lot to lot variations with RL 19 that put it's performance all over the place, so be warey, of using max loads, especially if you get another lot of powder with your next pound.

I use RL19 in my 30.06's pushing out a 165gr bullet, 60.0grs of powder gives sub moa in both rifles. I have shot whitetails to moose with this combination, it has mild recoil, good accuracy, good long range ballistics and just does everything well when called upon. Usual precautions apply when reloading, use a reloading manual, start with min loads and work up, don't exceed max loads, watch for pressure signs and hard extraction.
