Anyone Using Scorpion Optics?

I was just out looking at scopes for a new gun I just ordered (.257 Weatherby) and I really like my Vortex scopes but the guy at the counter said take a look through this Scorpion and see what you think? I found it very clear and was quite impressed. How well do they hold up?
 
Scorpion optics are trash. They are assembled in a warehouse in WPG, from cheap Chinese crap parts. If you do buy one, you can keep exchanging the broken one for a new POS. My bro went through 3 of them on a M305, He had to physically go back to the warehouse and confront the owner to get his money back. This is from my first hand experience, not rumour. Stick with Vortex, Bushnell, Leupold, ect.
 
Bought a scorpion rimfire optic for a beater take down .22 I have and some how the cross hairs aren't centred where they meet, thats after 2 uses and it wasn't knocked around or abused. Into the trash it went.

That's why I thought I best ask here I as know someone has tried them out. Thanks guys, sticking with my Vortex or Nikon as neither one has ever given me troubles
