Anyone want to hazard a guess on screw size and pitch for a Nepalese snider?

Maybe try the equivalent British thread???
I know some are using new made commonly available nipples on those brunswicks they have...
On my P53 nepalese rifle (not a snider) the lock screws that hold the lock to the stock, are .207 diameter and 28 tpi. The nipple thread is .296 x 20 tpi. I don't think that I have chased out either thread to clean them up but am not 100% positive. The lock screws should be the same size as on the nepalese snider and probably the same as on the brunswick.
