Anyone with an Olympic, ATC, or Museum exemption want to store a pistol frame for a year?

FWIW, an estate gun can't go for storage to a person with a restricted and cannot be borrowed long term. Once the deceased's pal is invalidated so will the certificates. All borrowing and storage are subject to CFO approval.

Olympic exemptions are subject to an exemption letter from the ISSC. I believe that they would only issue one for a gun that is suitable for one of their disciplines. So not for a DE.

ATC holders must qualify with the gun they would be exempt for... And this is a stripped frame... Though it could be transferred as a complete gun and subsequently stripped... But my understanding is that the cfo takes a dim view on people trying to use the atc exemption to build up a collection...

So, I would say a business with restricted privileges is the only option. Not a difficult thing to do and there are quite a number of people who are storing handguns and prohibited guns with businesses on a bet that things will get better. I sincerely hope they are right.
