When we were selling these in 2013 I was 5,10 240 and fit me very well with extra room.
Now 205 and still no issue.
These were designed fOr US law enforcment so they do fit bigger people.
We also sold 500 units into A stan and they avrage size was 5,8 and 150lbs. Again no issues or complaints
 
Thanks for the last few posts giving your experience with sizing; making me lean more towards buying. Worst case I guess I can always take it to the exchange.

we have sold out of the plate carriers, that we could convince the supplier to sell us at last years price point, it was very nice for them to do that for us, but they are all gone.
That said we did buy some more at the new price
$204.99 is the new price, which for a quality carrier like this is still a great deal
