People who don't get why B&T command such a high price really have never fired or played with one.
 
I just watched the MAC youtube videos on the B&T and his description of quality came up a few times...lol...

Sold me, he doesn't get excited that much usually.

Do me a favour and post the reviews from MAC on the APC9, P26 and APC 223 if yo can. I can never seem to post them on this forum

No way.
I'll stick with my Mini 14 800 series.
Does everything I need in a non restricted semi auto .223 for a hell of a lot less than that.
As much as I would like to try one out, I'm not drinking the NR cool aid in this country anymore. Did the XCR, did the T97, did the Tavor and ended up selling them all after a little while. There is no mass produced semi auto rifle in the fakin' world worth $4K.
This one is no exception. Big pass for Travis again (fondles his $800 second hand mini 14 off the EE lovingly :D)

actually the more I get older the more I realize in life very little has to do about price

Why in the name of Christ, after 25 years of the Firearms Act and restricted AR's, can we not just get a simple, reliable, non restricted black gun in this country that doesn't cost $3K plus?
Someone answer me that instead lol Every time I see a new black rifle get the NR FRT, I hold my breath and then check the price tag. It's always the same.
Maybe one day we'll get a NR black rifle for the masses in this country. I wish I had the capital to start up a "Modern Hunter" project for the common blue collar man. One day maybe....

small volume limited rate production, quality, and a new proprietary design not on an AR platform explains the price

im sure if b&t produced 150000 rifles to outfit the french army with an 18.5 inch barrel, the price would be lower for us

wolverine sells an 18 inch dd AR for 2300$, the way I see it 1300 more for this is not that crazy

have you seen the price of an hk 416 lately? its restricted

b&t is a supplier that makes parts for hk

I actually can't afford the guns I have with my Mil salary, I have a Mortgage and kids like everyone else. So work a 2nd job and put that money into my gun/hobby fund.

Restrictedor non restricted these command the price cuz of the quality/attention to detail.
(HK, KAC lots of others) are the same if not even more $$$
 
I would love one of these, but unfortunately I cannot afford one at this time.

I look forward to seeing a lot of material here on the forum on these though!
