Aperture sights on a 336?

I own a Marlin 336C and I'm thinking of installing an aperture (peep) sight on it.

I'm curious to know people's opinions on the different options (i.e. XS Ghost Ring Sights, Lyman Receiver Sights, Skinner Sights, etc.) that they've used, and the upsides and downsides.
 
I contemplated between receiver sights and a low powered scope. I went with a Lyman receiver sight because the Marlin is better suited to one. As time goes on however I'm having more of a problem with the old eyes and may resort to a low powered scope in the future. For fast moving game in heavy brush receiver sights are hard to beat.
 
i HAVE USED THE ASHLEY OUTDOORS/XS SIGHTS AND THEY ARE RUGGED AND WELL FINISHED AND VERY ACURRATE, BUT DON'T THINK YOUR GOING TO ADJUST IT ALL THE TIME, ONCE YOU HAVE IT DIALED IN YOU JUST LEAVE IT ALONE, THE SKINNER IS EVEN MORE RUGGED AND JUST AS DEPENDABLE AND AN EXCELLANT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!! PLEASE DON'T BUY A WILLIAMS AS I JUST HATE THE LOOK AND FINISH ON THESE ,THEY RUIN THE LOOK OF A GUN(JUST MY PREDGEJUST OPINION) BUT THEY WORK AND EASILY ADJUSTABLE! THE LYMAN MODEL 66 IS GREAT AND A SOLID INVESTMENT ,EASILY ADJUSTED AND LOOKS GREAT!IF YOU CAN GET YOUR HANDS ON ANY OF THE VINTAGE LYMANS/REDFIELDS THESE ARE WORTH PAYING THE $125-$180 AS THEY ARE STEEL CONSTRUCTION AND VERY WELL MADE. IF YOU WANT AN SIGHT THAT IS NOT GOING TO BE MOVED ONCE ITS SET, BUY THE SKINNER THEY ARE WELL BUILT AND VERY REASONABLY PRICED, IF YOU WANT ONE THAT IS EASILY ADGUSTABLE BUY A WILLIAMS IF YOU DON'T MIND HOW THEY LOOK OR A LYMAN 66 IS WHAT I WOULD BY OVER THEM, HOPE THIS HELPS, DALE IN T-BAY;)
