Aperture thread size

Howdy all,
I've recently acquired a 70's Ruger 44 mag carbine. It's one of the deluxe models with the factory aperture rear sight, but someone has removed the threaded insert eyepiece. It works fine as a quick pointing, fast handling deer gun with the eyepiece removed but I'd like to replace the aperture insert to keep it original. Does anyone know where I could source a replacement? Or does anyone know for sure what the thread size and pitch is?

I suspect that the aperture size is standard, if you can find a Williams or Lyman aperture I'm pretty sure they'd fit.

Skinner makes different size apertures as well.

Yep, just bought skinner aperture kit and its perfect. Also, the guy (Rob) was more than fantastic!
