We should have those in couple of weeks, we had some but they sold out.

How are these different from Riton?

Depends what you are looking at. Riton has ful spectrum of scopes from entry level to higher end. Apex has focused on Mid ot high end competition and Hunting scopes and have recently added binos and red dots.
Also Apex is Canadian company and they are huge supporters of the Matches so that makes the choice much easier.
In terms of direct product comparison, I think the are too different in terms of specs to really do head to head product comparison
