Seen some reviews online for this thing. I was pretty impressed, so wanted to get this upgrade for my pew. Unfortunately they seem to be sold out everywhere, including on Apex site and at Brownells.

Anyone seen these in stock anywhere? Or otherwise has opinion on this upgrade?

Do you not get the fake wall before the real one? I kinda like the shoe upgrade too, but I'm mostly interested in the smoothened striker safety plunger. Pretty sure that's what giving me second wall feeling, even after close to 2k rounds.
 
The flat faced trigger kit is a huge improvement over the stock trigger. The 2.0 is better than the 1.0 but the flat face Apex kit is another level. I also installed the competition spring kit in mine and trigger pull is approx 2 lbs.
They must have more going on in the performance center version as my 1.0 performance center had a pull of 1.6 lbs.
If you can find a flatty I'm certain you'll feel the difference and be very happy with it.
I can try to check my packaging so I can confirm what I put in mine.

Canadian Tactical Cowboy Supply usually has Apex in stock, I just picked one up a week ago ( CTCS)

hmm, that's not good. I was hoping I could fix the rusty plunger feel with it.

Nah, I probably don't want to go that light anyway. Will play with springs combinations first. Thanks for the feedback.
 
I did the Apex comp trigger in my Gen 1 gun and it was a fantastic difference. Pull weight dropped in half and release was crisp. Imho
 
I have an Apex in a 1.0 and a stock 2.0. 1.0 with Apex is night and day different. The Apex is butter. Smooth pull. Clean break and short reset. I can not however tell you how the mod 1.0 shoots beside a stock 1.0. I have not had the opportunity to compare.
