I contacted Stoeger Canada to enquire about the APX and the 92. This their responce.

That has to be it--I don't think there's legally any way a 4.25" barrel pistol (not named in legislation) could be prohibited.

I didnt know they were for sale yet. Thats why I contacted them. I asked for the MRSP and a date for it to go on sale.

Im guessing your right about the ARX and APX mix up. 725$ is cheaper then I thought it was going to be.

Think the APX at Al's is "pending delivery" rather than sold out.

Somebody at Stoeger is not aware. The APX is classified as Restricted in both 9mm and 40SW(as well as 9x21IMI). They have a 108mm bbl and are under FRT 153326. The RCMP also show the hi cap mag versions as Restricted which is clearly not the case. As mentioned above they may be confused with the ARx series which is prohibited.
