Application before receiving results?

Hi all! I read the stickied post to shorten PAL approval times and saw that in Ontario you can send in your app form before receiving your stamped results.
Can you do this in Quebec as well? I took the CRFSC last week and am challenging the CFSC tomorrow afternoon. Was wondering if I could mail the application then send the results when I get them.

I understand that but as it stands it just sits there for the minimum 28 days anyways.
So that doesnt really asnswer the question :S

edit: and you will likely receive the results before 28 days. So you would save time. The thing I'm wondering is if we can do that in Quebec. I know people in Ontario do it to save time
