Application for Possession and Aquisition licence problem?

Well I finally got around to fill out the application for my PAL and Rpal, now heres my question. I got to the FEE section, and it says include a payment of 60 dollars for non restricted firearms, or a fee of 80 for restricted or prohibited, what if Im applying for my non restricted and restricted? Do I include 80? or 140?
 
I take it that this will be your first PAL or RPAL? If so it's $80 but if you are upgrading from a POL, as I did, the fee is waved. Have a cut & paste from CFC site.

"The Possession and Acquisition Licence (PAL) is the only licence currently available to new applicants. It is renewable every five years. The fee to renew a licence is waived until May 16, 2009. As a general rule, applicants must have passed the Canadian Firearms Safety Course."

The quote is a little out of date as a POL is allowed to renew now.
