I faxed off the form today to Melissa. Sure seemed odd not filling in everything on the form, but I followed the advice given in the sticky for BC. I just hope I'm one of the lucky ones who gets it back in short order. Wish me luck...

I'll be renewing my BC ATT soon too. Last time I just filled in times and dates as 12 AM to 12 AM and Monday to Sunday or something like that. It came back with nothing specified in those areas. Same thing... at least in BC!

Mine expired 2 years ago , and I decided to renew using the absolute minimum of info as suggested.Sent in just before Xmas , and I got it in exactly 4 weeks. They even called to ask me what street I lived on as I had forgotten to enter it. Friendly and fast .
