Well this little mulie sure did me a favor! My boy is now a confirmed deer hunter.
We jumped him off a bed while still hunting the edge of a field. Everything just went perfect and the boy got a chance to feel he'd really done well.

I pulled the trigger but my son was in charge of location, strategy and the decision to take the deer. He was also in charge of the pepperoni and sausage order at the butcher $$$$$. We are now on the search for a respectable whitetail and have lots of season left.

yeah it is a drop tine, the left side had a drop tine as well which looks like it broke off before he started rubbing. Would of been a great rack with two drop tines. No matter It will be going on a plaque in his room.

nice... too bad about the second tine!! i have only seen one mulie with double drop tines. my brothers gun failed him so we didn't get him.

actually it was my old 303 brit. i took it back and he got a 270.
