C'mon gentlemen, let's keep this good tradition, share your milsurp acquisitions.

I'll start. Finally found officer model to complement troops model Bodeo M1889. Sometimes I see references that officer model should have round barrel, but I only saw round barrel on light model (Tipo alleggerito).
It is also interesting that MIDA is stamped with rotated "3"IDA and BRESCIA has mirrored "C".

Picked this up at the Easter gun show... A rebuilt Longbranch No4 Mk I*

Hoping to get it to the range this afternoon to see if it blows up in my face.... Looks pretty, though.

Nice Bodeos! Weirdly hard to find in Canada, aren't they? I have an identical pair it took years to find. My officer is also a 1905 Glisenti and my trooper is a 1925 SFARE. You're correct that the round barrel is only on the allegrito, many English language sources confuse the two. Ever find any ammo for them?

Haven't seen any ammo, probably will have to make it myself eventually. Those revolvers are really uncommon, took about two years to find both, but I guess it depends on luck.

Yeah, took me 3 or 4 years to find the trooper, another 2 for the officer. I picked up a few original 1937 dated rounds at a gunshow, but not to shoot. Fiocci loaded it fairly recently so I'm hoping to find some of that. Apparently you can convert cut down .303 cases but I've never tried.

Just purchased today, Windham SRC 308 ... Hell of a deal, new in box, $1250 taxes in and out the door .... that's a good day. Now to look for a scope.

The guns aren't new, but I did pick up some pretty cool vintage gun ads that were clipped out of 1914 (Savage) and 1917 (Colt) issues of National Geographic. I think they'll look pretty cool framed up in my home office!
