That's a pleasant explanation but is also false. The person who received my order is a CGN user that I chat with online.
You cancelled my order and sold it to him. I can't think of any other reason why he got his order when it was placed after mine other than his was placed after you made the online price increase.

It's just my experience with your firm, if others have had a more pleasant experience then good for them. I was not so lucky.
 
WOW. Just wow. Unfortunately silence isn't quite as intuitive as breathing. Kate has been an absolute gem, which leads me to believe that this has been taken out of context.
 
I've had only good experiences with Kate. I'm guessing there has to be more to the story....some sort of mis-communication/misunderstanding etc

All our records show that we partial-shipped your order, we didn't cancel it. We also have not made any price increases online, so I am not sure what you're referring to there. Our warehouse staff prepare all orders and our policy is first come first served (although this is not something we have to implement very often since generally our inventory is accurate). We will reaffirm this policy internally. Our staff are human, and we therefore cannot claim to be perfect, but I can assure you that we have the very best of intentions and do our best to make things right with the customer when we mess up.
 
My shopping experiences there have always been good. Good friendly people and that us why I send my friends there. I believe if there was any issues, Kate would have taken care of it.

Kate caught me thru PM the other night to make sure I wanted the Targets I ordered .
To avoid a disappointment when I got what was not the .22 Binary's I did think I was buying :)
Now when I get them I am expecting what I will actually get , I could have changed my order.
But I think they are a little spendy ....

Still getting a new thing to play around with , at a decent price , With service to be admired

Cant ask for much more than that hey ?
 
sorry to rain on the feel good parade,,and i do appreciate people like Kate who bring in ammo for us,,,but i get better prices from both my local stores,,,rmington 44 mag is $37.00 a box not $47.00,,9mm 115 is 13.99 sometimes 12.99,,,and NO shipping to pay,, so i dont see how this is a deal,,,but i gotta say,,your buckshot and slug deals are usually the best,,and your response to customers is always professional and curtious,,and THAt is a big deal..
 
1. you probably quoting for the old price. when the new inventory comes in, the price will change.
2. you forgot to mention the tax which is a big factor. even with the old price, compared to the old price with ammosupply, factor in the tax(13% ontario vs 5% alberta), even after shipping, it's still a little bit cheaper, not to mention you don't even have to step out of your house to get it(gas money). :)

Only thing it's the 44 mag seems lot cheaper at your place. then I guess you can just get at your place then. I am in Toronto, Wolf ammo is actually in Ontario. The sad thing is that I still get cheaper deal buying from Kate.

There are so many factors that impact price, and sometimes we might have just paid more for the ammo than your local store. Often (but not always) that's because they have old stock, and sometimes our distributors run specials. We try and keep prices fair and have been known to reduce prices when possible. We cannot claim to have the cheapest prices on the internet, and it would not be the best business model to aim for it. Incidentally, though, we have some Wolf 44 Mag in this week at $37.99 per box. Our Atlanta Arms ammo is a little pricier in that it's a premium brand from the USA.
