Well boys it's been an epic month.

1914 Mills holster for the 1914 Colt! It's C broad arrow marked inside the flap.

And the holster came with this beautiful original 44 Colt!

I snagged a Walther PP, German wartime manufacture 1941 by the serial number. I got it for a good price (Less than $300 U.S.) because it is missing its mag (two on order) and the waffenampfs were pinged. Bore is is great and it is really tight, it just has some holster wear.

A trade with fellow CGN-er.
1918 production Infantry M91 Carcano:

Rifle still had cosmo all over but it cleaned up very nice.At one point receiver was stamped with royal crest but it's ground off now.
Rifling is very sharp with pitting on lands-it will be fine after some shooting with casts.
Range report will follow as soon as I get all reloading tools and get some decent results :)

Picked up this Inglis just last week.
Seems to be an interesting fellow, frame seems to have been in the white and someone stamped a serial number and cold blued it.

I'm going to re-parkerize the frame in a few weeks.

I bought my first milsurp rifle on the 17th; it should ship out this week.

Keeping my fingers crossed that my new Mosin is a good one...

Would this have originally been an un-serial numbered receiver, that when the owner wanted to have it numbered, he was given the serial number from RCMP "K" Division?

I haven't seen many, but heard this may account for the font, and way it is stamped, as opposed to the Inglis engraving.

Anybody else shed any light?

It's been re-serialized, potentially in Danish service. It's definitely either ex-CF or ex-MOD at some point though as AFAIK those are the only two militaries to have milled of MkI sights and silver-soldered in MkII fixed sights.

If I had to guess, I'd say ex-MOD that got re-serialized at refurb.
