AR-10 / 7.62x39 Flash supressor

Hi all,

Heading into the short strokes on a 7.62x39 AR build and now on the hunt for a flash suppressor.

I'd like to keep it a traditional bird cage design but am having a hell of a time locating one from a Canadian retailer; can anyone provide a good source?

Any and all help appreciated.
 
I bought one from wolverine supplies about 2-3 weeks ago. I couldn't find it on the website, so I called and they had some in stock.

It was an Armalite 5/8x24 30 cal A2 birdcage.

They also had a DD 308 birdcage for a couple extra dollars.

Called Woverine and they have them in stock.... if only I had the forsight to order it when they shipped my XCR mags.

Im the opposite, got a x39 AR with an Armalite A2 hider and looking for a Muzzle Brake lol. This thing kicks like a Mosin with a bent barrel
 
I've read a few forum posts from various sites that claim a heavier buffer assembly will calm some of that recoil.

IIRC, some claim the Goldilocks buffer weight seems to be in the 4 oz range.
