I'd like to buy an ar10 lower. Where can one buy one these days?

Wolverine is the sole armalite dealer in Canada as far as I know, but I'm not sure if you can get a lower. Everything seems to be LEO only. I just tried to get a complete upper, but no dice. I can however import a stipped upper. Go figure.
