Call the cfo and tell them. Will either verify over phone or get you to have it physically checked. Changes with the day it seems.

Well if you call the cfo you'll know if you need to take it to a verifier or not. Or if they are happy to seem the gun restricted over the phone.

It isn't complicated.

There's already an FRT listing for the restricted AR180B, so it should just be a phone call. Interestingly, there's also an FRT for the 180 upper on the NoDak lower.

If a person already has a restricted 180B, could you put an original 180 upper on the restricted, serialized lower without making the phone call?

If it is restricted it is restricted.

The Armalite 180b is one frt whether restricted or not.

The nodak lower is one frt whether restricted or not.

It doesn't matter who made the upper. Just what the barrel length is for the lower.
