No, it's not. You need a State Dept License to export a lower from the US, this is a $250 fee.
But honestly these 80% lowers look more like 60% lowers IMHO.

It's not about quality, but amount of cutting and drilling done. Compared to almost all other 80% lowers out there it's missing:
Front pivot channel middle and side cuts.
Front pivot pin detent/spring hole (can't see in pics) and counterhole
Rear lug channel
Buffer retainer/spring hole
I can't see if the safety selector and rear takedown pin detent holes are drilled. I hope so.
Honestly, I don't want to sound like I'm bashing on Dlask, I'm really not into going against Canadian manufacturers, however I don't feel like this is really an 80% lower.

These are EXACTLY per BATFE rules for 80%'s. We changed to this almost a year ago.

They will go nowhere but up in price! Shoulda bought while you could. Buying right after the election would have been the smart thing to do.
TRIVIAl...LOL..3 times the price,,even my billet lower cost less than half the price of these ones...forged casts one are at $45.00 US right now LOL...exactly how do you justify 3 or 4 times the price,,so because it's canadian,,we're just expected to get hosed ??
