AR-15 ambi safety... Which one?

Got my Defense Package ambi short throw safety yesterday and installed it. I like the interchangeable short and long levers, and the whole thing was well made and nicely finished. What I didn't like was how stiff it was. Otherwise, fit was perfect.
I prefer my Noveske short throw ambi safety with the Magpul levers on it. The force needed to use it matches more closely to the regular safeties.
