Silly question, what's the outside diameter of an AR-15 barrel?

Long story short, I'm cutting out a 2-D drawing of an AR-15 and need to know the barrel diameter for proper scale up of the drawing.

Depends, you can have a bbl, "pencil" barrel, M4 profile barrel, etc...
