AR 15 barrel

I am looking for a 16" M4 chrom lined barrel (here in Canada).

What is your suggestions on such a barrel.

Make??? (I would like a Demarco cold fordged, but a bit hard to get )
-bushmaster, Armalite, Wilson (thru RRA)
twist rate 1/7 or 1/8 not set yet
I would like to keep it to 16"
Carbine/mid length grip?????
Front site more so than a block?????

He's only asking about barrel not upper. Questar doesn't sell LMT barrels alone (only the monolithic barrels).

I agree LMT is great but you can't just buy the barrel.
