AR-15: best picatinny adapter for A2 forend?

What is the best short little piece of picatinny rail I can mount on an HBAR factory forend for an extra swivel stud and Harris bipod?

I was told that a two-bolt picatinny rail and picatinny swivel adapter was a better set-up. Might cave to the Harris adapter though: seems to be nothing wrong with it.

I always liked the GG&G pictanny rail, but frankly why not spend yourmoney and get a quad rail forend from a reputable manufacturer... either free float or not.
