Ar-15 bolt assemblies

is there a difference between the m-16 bolt assembly or the m4 bolt assembly?
some places i have seen it advertised as m-16 bolt groups, other places ar-15 bolt groups and some other places m4 bolt group

The bolt itself is the same. The bolt carrier's are slightly different between semi-auto and full auto. It is fairly a moot point cause FA bolt carriers are legal and common in Canada and there is no real good reason to choose one over the other.

I would buy which ever you can get cheapest.

The FA carrier is a heavier mass and is said to put less pressure onto the buffer spring.
