AR 15 buffer system?? What's the diff?

In so far as......?

Rifle vs Carbine?

Or in reference to Carbine/H/H2/H3?

Or in reference to fancy captured-spring/hydraulic set ups?

Rifle vs Carbine is really a choice between whether you want a........rifle or carbine stock ;)

Carbine/H/H2/H3.. - Honestly, unless you're running a F/A gun (and you need to control bolt bounce), I think buying an adjustable gas block and running a Carbine buffer is the best idea. A lot of people are 'solving' over-gassing issues by using heavier buffers (at the expense of adding extra reciprocating mass) when I really believe they should be solving the problem right at the gas port and then running a regular Carbine buffer. Some people disagree with me, YMMV

Fancy hydraulic or captured spring set ups - Never used them, can't speak to their quality or effectiveness.

Hopefully that's what you were looking for?

Ya, pretty much.
Was looking at some parts(Arms east) 16 inch barrel.
Few options on the buffer tube assembly's, and wasn't sure what I would need.

Thanks

Nah, I'm not concerned about the noises.
Just been seeing Diff buffers listed.
Looking at the AP upper and lower at Arms east.
Probably get a 16 inch barrel.
