Ar 15 butt stock rubber

Due to a shoulder injury I find that a bit of rubber on the butt plate of my stock would be helpful. Not much, just a thin piece. Any ideas? I have no problem attaching it.

I'm looking for the actual rubber, preferably a fairly thin sheet piece that can be cut to size. If it has adhesive already that would be great.

More than one person has used a flip flip. Other than that, brownells is my only idea for the "proper" material.

Toolbox liner? The solid rubber not perforated kind.

Limbsaver makes a piece that fits over a standard AR15 buttstock, doesn't add much for thickness but would add some tachiness to the stock.
