Just fired a new AR15 build for first time and the cartridge failed to eject.
The bolt did rotate...but the brass seemed to be stuck. Had to knock it out with carbon fibre rod.
The primer was not flattened...no sign of damage at the head.
Noticeable wrinkling near the mouth of the cartridge. Could this just be the result of a dry chamber?
