Hi Guys,

I am putting together a new AR build and wanted to get some suggestions for the furniture.

I want an M4 look and functionality,

I will be building one lower and a few different length uppers

I want a retractable stock for sure and it will be a flat top receiver and one of the uppers might be equipped with a bi-pod

What would you suggest?

thanks in advance for your input

CTR stock and MIAD grip.

+1 If you can get a CTR, then get it...

with the friction lock, its AS solid as an A2 stock, but adjusts as fast as ANY M4 tele-stock. I love the one I have!

As for the pistol grip? I've never tried a MIAD so as far as I have experienced the A2 works pretty good - but like I said - I've never tried a MIAD, so take it with a grain of salt...

+ 1 on CTR stock & Maid grip the review are nothing but great things about them. but also love the M93 wish they still made them.

blah, the M93 is to heavy. I took mine off and put a CTR on instead- that and a MIAD make for a nice combo.

Be careful buying on Ebay. Lots of guys trying to sell Airsoft crap posing as the real parts. You can order the CTR from Brownells directly.

UBR , CTR, MOE,
All Good ...

Are you sure about that, I thought collapsible stocks were not approved for export ? especially Magpul CTR

No problems. I got a Mil-spec CTR 2 weeks ago shipped from Brownells......had it in 5 business days!!! :) Your order does have to be less than $100 U.S. though........the stocks are $97 U.S. :D

they might let it slide if its over 100, if its approved for export give it a try... order a UBR and see what happens worst case they will say no, I just got my Magpul MAID kit today, and people said it was restricted and could not be ordered... give it a try, you never know... Oh ya I also ordered flip sights and got those too, when people said it was not possible.... good luck

Unfortunately it is listed at $265 and currently it is 'Out of Stock', I would love to track down a Canadian supplier who has it in stock on 'on route'
