AR-15/M16 Carry Handle Optics Mount?

I have an older Colt AR-15 Carbine in 9mm with the carry handle. I'd like to mount an inexpensive 1X red dot sight like the Bushnell TRS-25 for near field shooting. Can anyone tell me if they've this and which mount would both fit the bill and be available from a Canadian Dealer?

For a red dot, I'd look at a goose neck style mount that puts the red dot low in front of the carry handle, close to the sight line of the irons. There are a few versions of this, ARMS makes one, Wolverine is their main dealer.
