AR 15 magazine for $15?

Many manufacturers, in several industries, have higher customer direct prices than what their dealers sell for. We do it to help our dealers out who support us. It also costs us more to sell direct.. It is way easier shipping 50-100 units of something to a dealer than pick and pack one direct sale. Our dealers work hard for us, we dont want to compete with them.
 
I really appreciate the fact the you (NEA) are willing to take advice from your customers and change what you can to accomodate your customers. However, i really don't like the fact that there is no address or phone number or any contact information other than email. As a new customer on your website, it makes me nervus and that is why i asked if anyone dealt with you. If you put yourself in my shoes, you wouldn't want to give your name, address, PAL #, and a credit card # to someone who doesn't even have a phone number to talk to someone if i have a question. don't you think?

other than that and the small pics that were mentioned earlier, i am so proud of you as a CANADIAN MANUFACTER. Best of luck to you.

We dont post our address because of the nature of the work we do for security purposes. Our shop not only produces AR's but several prohibited devices, as well shares some floor space with our line doing some Can/US defense aircraft work. We're not open to the public and dont need people dropping by (or tunneling through ;) ).

We also dont post our phone numbers because of the extreme number of inquiries we were getting daily. We dont have a receptionist, and dont have thetime to be on the phone all day. We do have an excellent support and contact system on our website and we are very easy to get in touch with. Often times if it is an urgent request we will call you.

If its a product inquiry, we have a lot of dealers who are very knowledgeable about our products and can certainly assist.
