Has anyone ordered and recieved a 10 round AR mag in the last couple of months from this CGN Sponsor?

There are none of those magazines anymore. The manufacturer went out of business and a new one is being sourced by questar.
 
two companies are making them, i contacted ASC and they said they plan on making them and are in talks with a canadian dist. and thermold makes them and SFRC will be selling them

Right. But none of those are the CProducts type magazines. The Thermold ones are definitely not like the normal magazine, not sure about the other ones mentioned. Would definitely like the metal ones like the CProducts ones.
