AR 15 Parts Kits for budget minded

My buddy was thinking of getting an AR just in case: another thread had talked about the possibility of parts getting controlled too in the future, so my buddy and I were talking about spare parts kits, but neither of us knows much about AR’s.

Any recommended parts kits for the budget minded being offered by site sponsors? Not looking to cover any and every possible failure .... just a basic “just in case” kit to cover most common possibilities.
