Amen to that. Ordered one of those CQ-A's over the weekend from Marstar. My first restricted purchase :) Also took advantage of the Norinco 556 ammo that was on sale from Canada ammo. All in all I figure I'm in for 1k but have a sweet setup now. Can anyone refer a place to me that sells the pistol designed mags that will fit in the AR and holds ten? LAR something or other, anyway all places I have searched appear to be sold out.

Jo brooks, wanstalls, questar for a start. With their $10 flat rate shipping wanstalls is pretty good. Questar has 10 packs that work out to $20 per mag

LOL!! I swear you're following me - exact same procedure but I ordered 3g rds of 556 to hopefully get me through the summer :cool:
Ordered my LAR-15 mags from Wanstalls (3 of them) and worked great! Also had some PMags 20/5 from Wolverine, works great as well. I think I'll be buying another half dozen of the LAR-15 though.
