AR 15 Upper /lower compatability

Anyone try a Noveske upper mated to an Anderson lower? As well can a Noveske in .300 Blackout be changed back to 5.56 by a simple barrel change and or work on an Anderson lower? Will other carrier bolts fit the Noveske ?
 
I don't see why the upper/lower's wouldn't work together. From memory the BCG are the same, so you would only need to swap barrels. And perhaps the gas block and tube, depending on barrel diameter and length of gas system. Muzzle device will also need to be specific to the .300
