It's marketed by PRI as a #69. However it's made by ARMS, #17S. It has the benefit of height adjustment as well, so it can align properly with different optics. Not cheap, but not much is for these toys unfortunately.

And I haven't seen a zombie in my neighbourhood for quite some time.

It's actually preferred to have the NV on the eye side, opposite of what's in the pic. This method is OK, but doesn't give the best vision. However, it does allow for quick deployment. And that, is something that can never be overlooked in the suburb jungle with packs of wild soccer moms.

15.5" upper with a DD 14" rail and a AAC blackout flashhider and Fake M4-2000 suppressor
Stag lower with a 3# Timney trigger and Harris 6-9 swivel Bi-pod on a LaRue QD mount

Out last weekend and got this as a best 540 yard group.- 1.005moa

Edit to add- 7rds of REM 77gr Match ammo
