Those look like KAC 11 rib(?) rail covers. Note the metal locking clip on the front.

I had her out again this weekend in the wet rain lol

I shot this 20 round (2 10 round LAR-15 mags) from the prone at 100 meters with shi**y MFS 55gr Ammo.

Windage was slightly left before I adjusted but it was the best I shot that day with her:
