AR-15's

I have the Troy Alpha rail ($210) and the Noveske NSR ($290) and once you feel the NSR the Alpha almost seems like junk, lol. It's so much higher quality and worth the exta $100.

I've ordered the 13.5 for my 14.5" upper, I'll be selling my Troy soon...

I have similar upper setup. Can't be happier with NSR 13.5" rail. It's worth 7 month wait. Just want to share mine. Hope I don't infringe your ... copyright on the setup :)

I just built a carbine with a Daniel Defense M4A1 RIS II and a 14.5" barrel. I believe, and so do the Americans, that the 14.5" barrel is the most versatile barrel length. If the range you're shooting at is only 200 yards. I'd suggest building something similar to a MK18 (10.3" barrel, free float Daniel Defense MK18 RIS II rail, KAC sights). Light, handy, and is/was used by the US Navy SEALs. It'll be my next build.

Alright. AR is finally done (hah).

Final build, Noveske 14.5" Afghan barrel, 13.5" Noveske NSR handrail and a Battlecomp 1.5.

Selling pretty much everything else this week, prepare for an onslaught on the EE.

Anything made by Daniel Defense is a great AR period. Trigger leaves something to be desired but easily changed out for a Timney or Geissele in minutes without super fancy tools.

in regardings to Daniel Defense, is it possible in Canada to order a custom designed rifle from DD as you would build them on their AR builder when you order in the states? or do you basically have to just buy the standard models?
