Took 6th and 3rd on the weekend pin match(shot for two teams) with this:D 15.5 Wilson 1-8 barrel and a Bushnell 6x24x50 4200T that I "borrowed" from another rifle. Needs a Timney 3# trigger and a 2.5x16x44 6500T Bushnell scope.

AbH- Thanks for the 15.4" Upper and Ergo grip and Ranger plates:D:D:D Did have fun this weekend using it all!:dancingbanana:

deagle2008- Start buying one bit by bit, easier than getting all of it at once;)

IMHO more fun too get the excitement several times when you go to the mailbox. I can only imagine that getting cool stuff in the mail is a similar experience to doing drugs.

1986 brought the AR-15A2 HBAR, features like the R6500,
but with a full length heavy barrel and A2 adjustable sights.
Early guns had a large round forward assist plunger, later
rifles, had the small round plunger. (Cat.#R-6600)

AR-15A2 Government Model, like HBAR but with light
barrel under handguards.(Cat.# R-6550)

AR-15A2 Delta HBAR, (Cat.#R-6600 DH) an HBAR with
Tasco rubber armored 3x9 scope, A.R.M.S., Colt marked,
scope mount, hard case, black leather sling,
removable cheek piece. Range selected for accuracy.

AR-15A2 Government Model Carbine (Cat.# R-6520) like
R-6420 but with A2 sight. Lower receivers were marked
Govt. Mod.

AR-15A2 Sporter II carbine (Cat.# R-6450) 9m/m carbine
with A1 type sights

I bought one of the first ones to come out and so I missed by 1 year on the age, shows my old age.

How much did this cost 26 years ago? I'm kind of disappointed to see nothing has really changed.

Long barrel AR's were non-restricted and the 16" carbines were restricted, but you could "weld" a longer suppressor onto the barrel of the carbine to extend to 18 1/2" and get it de-restricted, which I did, hence the large suppressor on the end of the barrel. Carbines were more expensive than the 20" AR's

hey polskadude,
Nice looking rig you got there!
Your gunna have to let me try that out sometime hahahah

what optic do you have on there?

I'll let you try it when its done :p

On the way is a Troy Industries Modular Combat grip, PWS and YHM Phantom Compensator/Brake (couldnt decide on one, so I ordered both.) Cant wait to change that stock flash hider. And Im going to have to change the optics, they suck. Its a Bushnell Trophy 1x32 red/green dot. I want to order one of those Lucid HD7 optics whenever they get to Canada.
