Just wondering about the newer Henery AR7 rifles.
What are the goods and bads about the gun? I see they have a bunch of upgrades for them.

My guess is how the RCMP are going after guns and reclassifying them, this gun would be prohibited just cause of the name, lol.
 
The good - Stowes away real small, lightweight... not horrible accuracy, not great either, and it floats...

The bad - instead of a real barrel you get a barrel liner wrapped in teflon, cheap feel and cheap construction, most (but not all) are terribly unreliable "jam-o-matics", Sights do not line up properly after takedown/reassembly, cannot be stowed with a scope, hard to get a proper sight picture, stock feels like a cheap piece of pvc pipe... etc... etc...

Look into a marlin papoose if you want a quality takedown Semi-auto for the same price. It comes with a proper stainless steel barrel, good sights, more accurate than most semi auto .22's rtc... etc...
