LOL yeah you must have some serious bear paws to need all that extra grip size.

Its actually a really good idea, never thought of using it as stippling always comes to mind when it comes to grips.

10 shot group for both Norinco yellow box and my Handload with Vhit.530 24gr. and Frontier 55gr. Very surprised by the accuracy of Frontier bullets, all shot @100yards
